Tunisia 2014 - The best of ...

Fascinating places full of harmony, that is what people usually search for on their holidays. It can be found in Tunisia, especially at abandoned places, where no rush, no traders, no stress as we know it in our Western civilisation is present. On the other hand, Tunisia has a lot to offer when speaking about history in general. It is worth visiting the ruins in Carthage which is famous for Hannibal´s invasion of Italy.

Sidi Bou Said is a small town situated 20 km from the capital of Tunis. It became a tourist attraction thanks to its blue and white colour use characteristics.

Picturesque buildings accompanied by beautiful scenery and rich flora are the main point of interest for the best shoots.

No mess - this is not typical for the beaches and streets in general, however, main paths of this small town are tidy and it is very pleasant to have a walk through, when not too overcrowded.

The capital city of Tunis is a huge city where you can visit various local markets and mini shops to buy almost anything you think of.

Evenings might be magical. One would like to experience such a tranquility more often, but the magic hides itself during these short moments.

Moderate temperature in the evening by the sunset is ideal for long walks and enjoying the amazingly peaceful atmosphere.

Camels on the beach can be seen everyday as the locals try to supply the tourists with this attraction of taking a picture with a camel or sitting on its back while the local commands it to walk back and forth along the beach.
